Chuku Wachuku is a U.S.-trained consultant economist, business analyst, management expert, and specialist on entrepreneurship development, microcredit delivery, and small and medium enterprises. Wachuku is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Association of Agricultural and Industrial Entrepreneurs of Nigeria (A.I.E.N.).

Prior to that, Wachuku was the national president of the Nigerian Association of Small Scale Industrialists (NASSI) as well as Chairman of the research and planning committee of the Nigeria-China Business Council. By presidential appointment, he served on the board of Nigeria's Raw Materials Research and Development Council (RMRDC).

In July 2013, President Goodluck Jonathan appointed Wachuku to serve on the governing board of the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI) as well as the governing board of the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN).

Previously, Wachuku served as the Director-General and Chief Executive Officer of Nigeria's National Directorate of Employment (NDE).He was also appointed by the Government of Abia State of Nigeria as: Pro-Chancellor & Chairman-Governing Council, Abia State University Chairman of Governing Council, Abia State Polytechnic Chairman, Steering Committee, University of Industry Science & Technology. He was also a Presidential appointee to the 2014 National Conference and is a recipient of the National Productivity Merit Award as well as National Award for Excellence of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR).

Adamu Sambo is an expert in financial investment, He is a graduated from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna State also he did his MBA in the same university in 2004. He subsequently went to Bayero University, Kano and obtained a Master Degree in Islamic Banking and Finance in 2015.

Adamu Sambo has over 30 years’ experience, he started his working Career at Bauchi State Investment and Property Development Company, as Investment Executive and later joined the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), as an Assistant Financial. From then he rose to become the Director Monitoring and retired on 24th December, 2021.

Adamu Sambo attended numerous trainings and capacity building programmes both within and outside Nigeria, the New York Institute of Finance, London school of Economices and Political Science, etc. Adamu Sambo is an Associate and Fellowship member of many professional bodies, Associate Member Institute of Capital Market Registrars, Associate member Institute of Loan and Treasury Management. Etc.



Femi Lawal is the Group Managing Director of DFC Holdings Limited, a Seasoned Investment Banker and Business Incubator. With an illustrious career spanning over 24 years, Femi has honed his expertise in a wide array of disciplines, including Financial Engineering, Corporate Finance, Project Finance, Debt/Equity Solutions, Mergers, Acquisitions & Integrations, Strategic Planning, Capital Raising, Public-Private Partnerships, and Consulting.

His extensive experience encompasses a diverse range of economic sectors, demonstrating exceptional proficiency in industries such as manufacturing, power, real estate, agriculture, oil & gas, communication/ICT, and construction. Femi Lawal is a distinguished alumnus of the University of Ilorin, holding both a B.Agric. and an MBA degree, showcasing a strong academic foundation that complements his practical achievements.

Femi commenced his professional journey with a tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he demonstrated versatility by consulting across the Financial Services, Oil & Gas, Telecoms, and Manufacturing sectors. His acumen led him to the International Finance Corporation (IFC), where he served as the Regional Advisory Services Coordinator, orchestrating comprehensive designs and work plans for Advisory Services Initiatives across Sub-Saharan Africa’s major markets and sectors. Having held pivotal roles in prominent Investment Banking Firms, including Head of Project Finance, Head of Corporate Finance, and Sales & Distribution in Investment Banking, Femi has exhibited exemplary leadership and financial prowess. His tenure as the Group Chief Operations Officer at AT&A Asset Management Limited and Group Executive Director – Finance attests to his multidimensional expertise.
