Dr. Michael Enyinna is the Founder and Chairman of Fundvine holdings. He has over 20 years of hands-on experience in International Trade and Commerce as well as Entrepreneurship.
He has Bachelor of Science from the University of Winneba, Ghana, MSc from University of Salford. He also has Honorary Causa Doctor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship Development from the Common Wealth University, Belize. He is a fellow institute of project management of Nigeria, Honorary fellow Institute of information management, also a Fellow of institute of management consultant of Nigeria. Dr. Enyinna have attended several trainings both local and international, these include Hedge Fund Academy etc.
Dr. Enyinna started his career in 2001 with British American Tobbaco where he worked as business development executive before joining Adeco Finance Limited in 2004 where he worked as the head Fixed income investment. He left the organization on March 2008 the same year he found Fundvine Limited where he act as the MD/CEO. A company that have grown over the years with many subsidiaries in United Kingdom, South Africa and Ivory-Coast. Dr. Enyinna does not just have profound knowledge of investment banking and capital market operations having been in the sector in the last 20 years, he is a dominant player in the two markets with his involvement in incredible volume deals from time to time. He admirably directs the affairs of the Company bringing his wealth of experience to the table from time to time.
He is also a big player with local and overseas trading companies dealing in imports and exports of foods and other consumables within Europe and Africa.

Kenneth Ohaegbulam Started his work life in the Insurance industry from2006 to 2008 as a Unit Manager with one of the Leading Insurance Company, Leadway Assurance Limited and later Moved to Bamaco Group of Companies were he assumed the position of Business development manager due to his hard work and resilience and later left to join the Banking industry.
Mr Kenneth Continued with his beautiful career line in Marketing, Sales, and Business development even while he joined the Banking industry. He started his banking career with Bank PHB in 2009 as a Commercial/Retail, Small and Medium enterprises staff of the bank. In 2010 he was given an award of the best Regional retail staff of the year in terms of deposit sustainability and numbers of account. In that same 2010 he was move from Ejigbo branch to Aguda branch as deputy branch manager with responsibility of coordinating the entire branch SBU's for business growth.
He later left in 2012 to join (UBA) United Bank for Africa Plc as a Profit center Manager with the responsibility of developing strategies for market expansion and enhancing the relationship management before moving on. In2014, Kenneth took advantage of existing opportunity to joined Enterprise Bank Limited as a Branch Manager in Computer village Ikeja. Meanwhile,For his career enhancement he later moved and joined Fidelity Bank Plc as a Branch Manager .
Mr Kenneth Ohaegbulam is a graduate of Nnamdi Azikiwe University,where he obtained a first degree in Business Administration / Management.He is a fellow of corporate Governance and management from (Institute ofGovernance and Management). His a professional member of the renownedOil and Gas Business Development Professionals (OGBDP) and also a fullmember of Petroleum Products Marketing Professionals (PPMP)
Innocent has a good knowledge of business startups and the latest financial market development. He graduated from (AAU) Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Financial Management from Lagos State University (LASU). He has attended several workshops and seminars including the Securities Trading Simulations (GTS) Game by the Money Market Association of Nigeria and International Bank (Citigroup).
He also attended the Association of Investment Advisers and Portfolio Managers, Nigeria Capital Market Institute, He has also attended leadership and entrepreneurial courses. He worked with Moorgate Microfinance Bank as Business Development Manager/Credit Officer before being promoted to serve as the Head of the Enterprise Department of the Bank where he impacted significantly on growing the deposit portfolio of the bank. He resigned from the bank in 2012 to join Fundvine Holding and currently serves as the Director, of Operations. Innocent is an Investment Banker with extensive experience in equity & debt raising, merger & acquisition (M&A), and financial advisory. In the past years, he has executed more than a dozen transactions from simple to complex structures, traversing corporate finance, project finance, leveraged finance, structured finance, M&A, structured trade finance and export, and finance within the infrastructure, real estate, and financial sectors. He is a registered sponsored individual with the Nigeria Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Mr. Akinola have over 18years hand on experience in real estate development, he had his first degree from Ibadan polytechnic HND Estate Management. He is a fellow Nigeria Institute of Estate surveyors and valuers.
Mr. Akinola was the property manager at Goomoy properties limited a real Estate consultant and property investment firm where he made significant impact before joining J.Ajayi Patunola, an Estate Surveyor and valuers. Where he served as assistant manager Victoria Island branch before joining Fundvine Properties limited.
